At this moment we only ship in Europe.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders within the Netherlands take 1-2 business days and in Europe typically take 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
What carriers do you use?
We use various carriers including PostNL, DHL and FedEx. To ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. The carrier used will depend on your location.

Are duties and taxes included in my order?
Duties and taxes are not included in the listed price. These charges may apply to orders outside the European Union and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?

Can I amend or cancel my order?

RETURN & REFUNDS
What is the return policy?
We offer a free 14 day return policy for customers in the Netherlands. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
For international returns, items must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
Is there anything I can’t return?
We do not accept returns on underwear garments for hygiene reasons. This includes socks, unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
How do I return my items?
